Reasons that Catholics are Christian!

1.Catholics are followers of Christ and they have committed their lives to walk as Jesus did, hence they are Christians. 2. The Catholic Church has a true Christian apostolic Tradition and accepts the authority of the great ecumenical councils (Acts 15).They stand firm and hold to the traditions that were taught (2 Thessalonians 2:14-15, 1 Corinthians 11:1-2). 3. The priests and nuns deny themselves, leave everything behind and take up their cross and follow Christ (Matthew 16:24) 4. Catholics believe that Jesus is the way, the truth and the life (John 14:6). They believe Jesus Christ is God manifested in the flesh born of virgin named Mary. 5. Catholics love God and love one another (John 13:34) and follow God's commandments (1 John 5:3). 6. They are subjected to the elders, and clothe themselves with humility toward one another (1 Peter 5:5). 7. Catholics believe that all Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness (2 Timothy 3:16). 8. They believe God is three in one (trinity) father, son and Holyspirit. 9. They believe Jesus is fully God and fully man (Colossians 2:9; 1 Timothy 2:5) 10.They believe that Those who reject Jesus Christ will go to hell forever after they die (Revelation 20:11-15, 21:8). 11.They delight in the law of the Lord and in his law they meditate day and night (Psalms1:2-3). They seek first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). 12. They believe God is their strength and salvation (Psalms 27:1). 13. Catholics are Christians because they believe Baptism washes away sin. (Acts 22:16) and they are baptized in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit as is necessary for salvation. Hence, they baptize even the infants and everyone (Acts 2:38-39,Luke 18:15–16) 23. Catholics and their Church are persecuted by many. (2 Timothy 3:12 ) 24. Catholics desire to serve and help other Christians (1 John 3:17, 3:14) and they reject false teaching (1 John 2:22-23) and do not harbor hate for their brother, but display forgiveness, love, and compassion. (1 John 2:9, 2:11, 3:15, 4:16, 4:20). Hence, they are Christians. 25. Catholics may continue to sin as part of the struggle with sin nature, but they desire to pursue holiness, and walk in obedience to God's Word. (1 John 2:3-6, 3:6, 5:2) There are hundreds of reasons to prove that Catholics are Christians. Many anti-Catholic are attacking Catholics and the Catholic Church in everything from decades.
